Privacy policy

Initial policy draft · 4 October 2026. These policies should be reviewed and finalized by the operator before accepting live orders.

Information used to fulfil an order

We collect your name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, selected package, payment transaction ID and payment screenshot. We keep the price and exchange rate recorded at checkout, review decisions, and the license associated with your order.

Why we use it

We use this information to review payments, deliver access, provide support, prevent duplicate payment claims and maintain business records. We do not sell your personal information. We do not collect your Facebook password through this website.

Payment screenshots

Screenshots are stored privately and are accessible to authorized administrators for verification. Upload only the transaction evidence needed for your order; avoid including unrelated account information. They are not published on the website.

Service providers and cookies

Our hosting, database and email providers process information needed to operate the service. Currency lookup requests are made by our server without sending your order details. We use essential administrator session cookies. This initial website does not include advertising cookies or third-party analytics.

Retention and your choices

We retain order, payment and access records while needed for fulfilment, support, dispute resolution and applicable recordkeeping duties. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting support. Some records may need to be retained where legally required or for an unresolved dispute. A specific retention schedule must be finalized before launch.

Security and extension use

We restrict access to payment evidence and protect administrator sessions. No system can promise absolute security. The Chrome extension operates separately from this website; this policy does not imply that the website receives your group searches or bookmarks.
